Refund Policy

RoboFleet (KvK 57715610, Netherlands) issues refunds in the situations described below. For anything not listed, email support@robofleet.dev and we'll review case by case.
Pay-per-generation (RoboComic and similar)
Charges for generations that completed successfully are non-refundable — the AI compute has already been spent on your prompt and the output was delivered to your library. We refund automatically when:
- A generation job fails on our side. The amount is credited back to your wallet within seconds; no action needed.
- You were charged but never received output (rare; usually an infrastructure incident).
- You were charged twice for the same generation.
Unspent wallet balance is refundable within 14 days of the most recent top-up; after that it stays as credit on your account until used. Email support@robofleet.dev with the email address on the account to request a wallet payout.
Subscriptions (RoboSlides, RoboTest — once launched)
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the in-app settings. If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have not used the service substantially (we'll judge this reasonably), we refund the full amount. After 14 days, or after substantial use, we refund pro-rata for the unused portion of the current billing period when cancellation is due to a service failure on our side.
EU statutory right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers (not businesses) have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting a generation or using the service, you expressly agree to the immediate execution of the contract and waive the right of withdrawal for that specific generation. The withdrawal right remains valid for unused balance and unstarted subscription periods.
How long refunds take
Refunds to the original card or bank account typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Wallet credits are instant.
